  • Please allow 4–8 business days for our dedicated nail artists to hand-finish your set before it is dispatched. ⏳✨

Once our nail technicians have perfected your set, your package will begin its journey.

  • Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number the moment your order leaves our studio. 💌

  • Window: Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order for any address corrections or cancellations.
  • After 12 Hours: Once our artists have begun your set or the order has been processed, we are unable to intercept the shipment or cancel the order. We appreciate your understanding! 💖
